Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Juhai Plastics website and the commercial relationship for inquiries, samples and orders of modified engineering plastic granules. By browsing this website or requesting a quotation, sample or order, you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part, please do not use the website or submit inquiries.

1. Definitions

• "Juhai Plastics", "we", "us" — Ningbo Juhai New Materials Co., Ltd., a Chinese company registered in Yuyao, Ningbo, Zhejiang.
• "You", "Buyer", "User" — the individual or legal entity browsing this website or requesting quotations, samples or orders.
• "Products" — modified engineering plastic granules (PA6, PA66, PP and blends) supplied by Juhai Plastics.
• "Quote" — a written offer issued by Juhai Plastics referencing a specific grade, quantity, price and validity.
• "Datasheet" — the technical property sheet accompanying each Product grade.

2. Use of the Website

This website is provided for informational and B2B commercial communication purposes. You agree to:

• Use the site lawfully and not to disrupt its operation or security;
• Not to scrape, mirror or republish substantial portions of the site without written permission;
• Not to submit false, misleading or fraudulent inquiry information;
• Provide accurate contact details so we can respond to your request.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the website without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

3. Content License & Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, technical articles, comparison tables, data sheets, images, logos and page layout — is the property of Ningbo Juhai New Materials Co., Ltd. and is protected by Chinese and international copyright and trademark laws.

What you may do without asking

• View, download and print pages for your own internal engineering or purchasing evaluation;
• Quote short technical excerpts (up to 100 words) with attribution and a link back to the source page;
• Cite our published test values in internal reports, provided the source is named.

What requires prior written permission

• Republication of full articles, comparison tables or datasheets on another website, blog or training material;
• Commercial use of our images, logo or branding in your own marketing materials;
• Translation and re-publication of articles in another language.

Third-party trademarks (e.g. ISO, UL, RoHS, REACH) appearing on this site are the property of their respective owners and are used here only to indicate that our Products are tested against or certified to those standards.

4. Quotations & Pricing

• All Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing.
• Prices are quoted in USD or CNY and are subject to raw-material index fluctuation (caprolactam, adipic acid, glass fiber, PP resin). For orders placed more than 30 days after a Quote, we reserve the right to re-quote.
• Unless a specific Incoterm is stated, prices are EXW (Ex Works) Yuyao, Ningbo per Incoterms 2020.
• Quotes do not include destination import duties, VAT, customs clearance or local taxes — these are the Buyer's responsibility unless explicitly stated.
• Tolerances in weight per package are ±2%.

5. Sample Policy

• Standard sample quantity: 25 kg per grade (sufficient for a small injection molding trial).
• Sampling lead time: 3–5 working days for standard grades; 7–10 working days for custom-formulated grades.
• Sample price: free of charge for first-time buyers (Buyer pays freight). Repeated or large-volume samples may be invoiced at cost and credited against the subsequent production order.
• Each sample ships with a corresponding Datasheet and CoC. Sample properties are indicative of production lots within normal process variation.
• The Buyer is responsible for testing the sample in their own tooling before placing a production order.

6. Orders, Delivery & Incoterms

• Production orders are accepted only after a written Purchase Order is acknowledged by Juhai Plastics. Email acknowledgement constitutes acceptance.
• Minimum order quantity (MOQ): 1,000 kg for standard grades; 3,000 kg for custom-formulated grades.
• Lead time: 10–15 working days from receipt of deposit for standard grades; 20–25 working days for custom grades. Lead times are indicative and confirmed per order.
• Shipping Incoterms: FOB Ningbo / Shanghai, CIF, DAP and DDP available upon request. Buyers in EU/US commonly use FOB or CIF.
• Packaging: 25 kg moisture-proof PP woven bags with PE inner liner, or 1,000 kg FIBC super sacks, palletized and stretch-wrapped.
• Delivery delays caused by carrier, port congestion or customs are not the responsibility of Juhai Plastics; we will communicate proactively and assist where possible.

7. Payment Terms

• First order: 30% T/T deposit with order acknowledgement, 70% balance against bill of lading copy.
• Repeat buyers with established credit: net 30 days from B/L date, subject to credit review.
• Letter of Credit (L/C at sight) accepted for orders above USD 50,000; L/C issuance bank must be a top-tier international bank.
• All bank charges outside China are for the Buyer's account.

8. Product Warranty & Specifications

Juhai Plastics warrants that, at the time of shipment, Products conform to the mechanical, thermal and composition values published in the Datasheet and accompanying Certificate of Analysis (CoC), within the standard test tolerance of the referenced ISO/ASTM method. This warranty is subject to the following conditions:

• The Buyer tests incoming material against the CoC lot data within 30 days of arrival;
• The Buyer stores and pre-dries the material in line with the Datasheet (e.g. PA6/PA66 at 80°C × 4h in a dehumidifying dryer);
• The Buyer processes the material within the recommended melt/mold temperature window;
• The tool design (gate, runner, venting) follows generally accepted injection-molding practice for glass-fiber-reinforced nylon.

Performance values in Datasheets are typical production values and do not constitute a guaranteed minimum unless explicitly marked "guaranteed" in writing. Custom-formulated grades carry a grade-specific spec sheet.

9. Returns & Claims

• Any claim for non-conforming Product must be notified in writing within 30 days of arrival at the destination port, accompanied by the lot number from the CoC and a clear description of the defect with photos or test data.
• On validated claims, Juhai Plastics will, at its option, replace the non-conforming material free of charge, credit the invoice value, or re-process the lot — this being the Buyer's exclusive remedy.
• Material that has been opened, processed, contaminated or stored outside Datasheet conditions is not eligible for return.
• Returns of correctly supplied material are subject to a 15% restocking fee and freight charge.

10. Export Control & Regulatory Compliance

Products are manufactured in China and exported in compliance with applicable Chinese export regulations. The Buyer is responsible for verifying that the import of the Products into their country, and their end-use, complies with local law, including any applicable sanctions, dual-use or product-registration requirements. For food-contact, medical or electrical-certification-critical applications, please inform our sales team so we can recommend the appropriately certified grade (FDA, UL, IEC, etc.).

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Juhai Plastics's total liability arising out of or relating to the supply of Products, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, is limited to the invoice value of the specific shipment giving rise to the claim;
• In no event shall Juhai Plastics be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of profit, loss of production, tooling damage or downstream product recall;
• Technical advice provided in our blog, Datasheets or by our R&D team is offered in good faith but is non-binding; the Buyer remains responsible for validating suitability for the specific application.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable mandatory law.

12. Force Majeure

Juhai Plastics shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disaster, pandemic, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, raw-material shortage, energy rationing, fire, port closure or carrier strike. Affected obligations are suspended for the duration of the event. If the event lasts more than 60 days, either party may cancel affected orders without penalty.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

• These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without giving effect to conflict-of-law principles.
• The parties shall first attempt to resolve any dispute amicably within 30 days of written notice.
• Unresolved disputes shall be submitted to the Ningbo Arbitration Commission (https://www.nbac.org.cn) and arbitrated in English in accordance with its rules in effect at that time. The arbitral award is final and binding on both parties.
• Notwithstanding the above, Juhai Plastics may seek interim or injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top indicates the latest version. Material changes affecting existing orders will be communicated in writing to the Buyer's last known contact. Continued use of the website or placement of new orders after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
